What are we looking for?
The EMEA RFP team serve a variety of clients including financial advisors, pension funds, and insurers.

The team supports new business (requests for proposal (RFPs)), existing client questionnaires (due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)), industry surveys, award submissions and ad-hoc requests for information about the firm and its investment capabilities.


We are recruiting for an RFP Administrator to join the team and to help contribute towards Invesco's client retention and new business efforts worldwide, through the production of RFPs, DDQs and other material for all client types and across all key asset classes.

This will include working closely with sales and product teams to produce and maintain high-quality content, collaborating with team members and working to raise the profile of the RFP team across the business.


You will be involved in:

  • Contributing to the completion of new business and client servicing questionnaires within EMEA and the
- broader global organisation.

  • Preparation of investment information data such as asset under management, and performance data under
- the supervision of the RFP product specialist/mentor.

  • Contributing to sales and marketing support activities.
  • Supporting client and internal information requests, including the review of investment consultant database information.

  • The assessment process will include:
  • CV Review
  • Video Interview (containing both video and written questions)
  • Final Interview
  • Start date of the programme: September 2023
  • Salary: £26,500 per annum
