The program will drive a radical transformation for our processes, systems, and organisation. Through this programme Diageo aims to drive excellence in process, data standardization and simplification.

Diageo is therefore seeking a Demand Planning Analyst who has excellent functional and leadership capabilities to optimally design, deliver and adopt this Business Transformation Programme in Diageo's fast-paced environment.

They will have a solid grasp of best-in-class processes and business capabilities, creating the bridge between business capabilities today and those required to deliver and sustain relevant processes, capabilities, and systems.

Embed our processes and systems, adjusting ways of working while ensuring the integrated planning cycle and master data are performed with cadence and precision.

Support the global analyse & design for Demand Planning along with the Digital Workstream Lead to ensure the solution matches business needs and supports agreed work processes.

Key contributor to unit testing, integrated testing and user acceptance testing, implementing the project stream/sprints in an effective manner by providing critical data support as well as supporting in project evaluation and execution.

Support provision of the detailed content for transformation into a training and capability program as well as delivery of key stroke level training.

Support the Digital Workstream Lead and Market DP Adoption Lead to guide the markets through the go-live and warranty period, ensuring that ways of working are established, and the team can sustain the integration of the new DP business processes/tools by providing a lifeline to demand planners as they transition to the new integrated platform, providing one-to-one training and support where required and lead problem solving and RCA through the warranty.

Lead the Demand planning transformation and adoption (People, Process, Systems) through change improvement.

Support the definition of Global Demand planning processes and readiness/adoption requirements.

Define and develop system functionalities that support business requirements and Demand planning work processes seeking to leverage capabilities and scale across categories and regions.

Key interface between the project, demand planners in markets and OMP to motivate consistent evolving and enable a smooth transition building foundations.

Demonstrated passion for digital.

Having a solid understanding on best-in-class Demand planning processes and fully aligned with strategic IBP process and technology priorities.

Showing extensive knowledge of the business strategy, actively challenge and build business decisions.
Ability to work against deadlines, key project achievements.
Demand planning experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.
Proven hands-on experience across IBP / demand planning processes.
Experience driving an IBP/demand planning improvement program.

Hands on usage experience on SAP/APO, OMP, or similar systems (Kinaxis, o9, etc), and/or new generation planning systems in AI/ML.

Fluent English knowledge

Understand the IBP and demand planning processes in detail and can connect current performance to specific improvement requirements against best-in-class processes through awareness of demand planning issues and opportunities.
