Senior Human Resources Advisor at Jagex

As a Senior HR Advisor at Jagex, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) by delivering top-notch HR services to their client groups. You'll work closely with HRBPs and other departments to offer consultation, conduct research, and provide recommendations on various People and Culture matters. Your extensive HR expertise will come into play as you assist HRBPs with employee relations issues, compensation, talent development, policy interpretation, compliance with employment laws, and offering advice to employees and line managers on employment issues throughout the employment journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HRBPs and People Operations team to ensure HR data and records are up to date and compliant
  • Provide support to ensure HR practices align with policies and legal requirements globally
  • Produce statistics and reporting information for monthly People Plan updates
  • Maintain and update the HR People Hub for internal customer access to information
  • Offer advisory services and recommendations across all HR disciplines
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation
  • Assist in investigating and resolving employee relations matters
  • Support managers in disciplinary and grievance hearings
  • Contributing to wider projects within the People and Culture team

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Strong reporting skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of employment law, international experience a plus
  • Team player with the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
  • Organized, thorough, and able to prioritize work efficiently
