Endeavour Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a new member to join the team. We are a progressive growing IT Recruitment Consultancy working with some of the largest organisations around the globe. The position we have is for a Recruitment Consultant. We are considering both experienced Recruiters as well as individuals who have the ability to learn and grow into the role. Daily tasks include:
•Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates and advertising teams.
•Business Development and Account Management
•Search and select candidates/ Head Hunting
•Network and advertise to potential candidates
•Identify skills sets and match them to vacancies
•Contract negotiations
•Database management
•Dealing with general queries **FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED ** Essential Skills and experience:
