Imperial College Hospital NHS Trust is a Regional Neurosciences centre.

Patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinsons disease, brain tumours and spinal cord damage are diagnosed and managed by the team.

The work is varied and requires a problem solving approach to support people to live with the changes in their health.


The aim of the post is to provide support to the therapists working within the Neurosciences services at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

The team has occupational therapists and physiotherapists who work together with the medical and nursing team to assess, treat and support transfer of care from hospital to the community.

In providing this service, you will be expected to be professional, efficient, effective, and committed to Continuous Professional Development, contributing every day to making healthcare better.

This post will be supporting the Neurosciences therapy team at the CXH site. You will be provided with support from qualified staff to develop your competencies to meet the job role.


To assist therapy staff in delivering safe, effective treatments to patients within the neurosciences services at Imperial college Healthcare NHS staff including ensuring a clean and appropriately equipped environment.

In providing this service, you will be expected to be professional, efficient, effective, and committed to Continuous Professional Development, contributing every day to making healthcare better.
