Role Overview:

As a Front of House Team Member at The Lock Keeper, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining and drinking experience.

You will be responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service at both the bar and tables, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our valued guests.


Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and seating guests with a smile, making them feel at home.
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages from our wellstocked bar.
  • Serving food with care and attention to detail, ensuring a highquality presentation.
  • Engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and providing excellent recommendations.
  • Handling payments and ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas.
  • Collaborating with the team to create a positive and enjoyable work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • You must have character & personality (No Robots)

Rates Of Pay:
21 Year Old + £10.70 per hour

16-20 Year Olds + £10.00 per hour

Salary:
Up to £10.92 per hour
