About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests into our restaurant and ensuring they have a great dining experience
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to guest queries and concerns
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Managing cash and card transactions and maintaining a high level of accuracy
