Document Controller


A leading design firm is looking to grow their team with a document controller to join the project administration team and contribute to exciting and dynamic projects.

The Document Controller will ensure the efficient management and distribution of all project documents.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external project teams, client document management teams, third-party consultants, and other stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of document control.


Key responsibilities:

nVerify documents for accuracy and compliance before issuance.nTrack and monitor document revisions, ensuring accessibility to the latest versions.nMaintain project registers, control logs, and prepare necessary reports.nDevelop and implement robust document control processes and procedures.nUpdate and maintain document control systems and databases.

nAssist project teams with folder storage structures and access to projects

Skills:

nProficiency in using Aconex document management software is essential.nFamiliarity with other document management software such as INAXUS and other process-led document control systems is advantageous.nProficiency in AutoCAD.nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
