- Along the way, you'll continue to be doing what you do best:
Day-to-day, you'll work with learners via remote technology and at their place of work to deliver the apprenticeship standard in learning and development consultant business partner level 5 and Coaching Professional L5 to successful completion of the programme.
What will you be doing?
This role can be delivered remotely
- Visiting individuals via remote technology or in their workplace using your vocational experience and knowledge to teach and support learners achieve their apprenticeship
- Managing your own diary to ensure you are delivering against your KPIs, arranging and attending scheduled visits and completing both company and personal administration
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional service to learners and clients whilst maintaining standards and regulatory requirements
- Extensive, relevant vocational experience in Learning and Development as well as a strong proven background in Coaching
- Recognised qualifications in L&D (CIPD or equivalent) at Level 5 or above
- Recognised qualifications in Coaching (CMI, ILM or equivalent) at Level 5 or above
- GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).?
- Experience of working autonomously?
- Familiarity of working in a high demand environment delivering to targets and tight deadlines?

- Structured support to achieve L4 Assessor Coach qualification
- Protected and comprehensive CPD time?
- Join us with at least a level 3 teaching qualification and you'll start on £45,000.? If you don't have a teaching qualification, you'll start on £43,000 rising to £45,000 on completion of the Level 4 Assessor Coach apprenticeship._
You'll also work flexibly, from home and out in the field, giving you the opportunity to fully support learners while enjoying a good work/life balance.
