We are partnering with a growing boiler and heating installation and repair company. Their commitment is to ensure customers' needs are met by providing them with the exemplary service they require. They aim to provide the most competitive rates in the market. Being a great service provider means having complete and total confidence in the people providing the services, and were proud to have the best in the business working with us.
Responsibilities:
?Cold calling leads to sell boiler service cover on either a monthly or yearly basis
?Converting leads to new customers and building your own customer base
?Hitting realistic sales targets
?Complete all reports, system, and CRM updates in a timely and accurate manner.
?Develop an expert level knowledge of the products, systems, and business processes.
Requirements:
?Previous Sales experience
?Strong written and verbal communication skills
?Excellent telephone manner
?Proactive with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
?Good team player
?Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
?Demonstrate good attention to detail and organisational skills
?Computer literate
?Access to a phone/laptop for probationary period
