Membership Advisor


to join its busy executive team.nWe are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join us as a permanent member of this busy executive team.

The Membership Advisor will be responsible for supporting the recruitment, engagement and retention of members and partners.

You will deal with queries from existing and potential members, maintain accurate and up to date records, and support the delivery of member meetings.nThe ideal candidate may have some experience within administration of a membership organisation, perhaps looking for the next step up in their career.

At the same time, we do need a team player who has a can-do attitude, and willing to be flexible in a small team.nThe successful candidate will be expected to work closely with our Head of Marketing as well as other executive team members including our events and professional development departments.

nYou will need excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.nStrong administrative skills including experience CRM databases and Microsoft OfficenStrong attention to detailnGood organisational skills used in planning own workloadnProfessional attitude and the ability to work in a customer facing environmentnSelf-motivated, enthusiastic and willingness to help other colleaguesnInterest in developing knowledge in investor relations and financial marketsnPrevious experience in a membership organisation would be advantageousnA team player who can see their role as an integral part of delivering an overall quality of service on behalf of the Society.
