  • Answering phone calls
  • Service History
  • Guest list
  • Pre calls
  • Loan car handovers checking fuel & cleanliness adding to washboard & refuel
  • VHC follow up
  • Owning customer waiting areas upstairs & downstairs hosting
  • Provide an easy and enjoyable client (customer) experience (internal and external), each and every time.
  • Champion and maintain a culture of client service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the departments clients are delivered upon.
  • Ensure business practices are in place that make your area an easy one to do business with.
  • Coordinate effectively as part of the Front of House Team and wider business network
  • Recognise your role in integrating effectively with the departments within you centre and wider business network
  • Ensure you respect direction and guidance provided through your reporting line.
  • Effectively nurture relationships with your team.

Prerequisites:
