Our strong reputation with our existing client base has been built around offering design support, quality products and high levels of customer service.

We are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our accounts team. Experience within accounts is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

  • Assist with customer and supplier related queries and correspondences

Job Duties:

  • Assisting with the daily sales input and sales reconciliation duties
  • Purchase ledger reconciliations and processing supplier payments
  • Updating and maintaining company files both confidential and nonsensitive documents
  • Maintaining and assisting with employee timeoff requests, absences, and employee correspondences
  • Assisting with payroll, pension & HMRC duties training will be given
  • Assisting the Bookkeeper with vital communications
  • Scan and file appropriate documents as needed
  • May be asked to assist with other admin tasks within the business as and when required

Skills and Qualifications:


Strong attention to detail; Ability to work without supervision; Excellent time management skills; Exceptional communication and customer service skills; Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Google Drive; Strong prioritisation and organisation skills; Ability to handle confidential information; Strong record-keeping skills; Ability to multitask; Ability to work as part of a team.

Training will be provided for using accounts packages such as Xero, Sage 50 cloud payroll & Nest.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week 9am - 5pm

  • Salary: Negotiable depending upon skills and experience
