Empowering Learning are currently recruiting on behalf of an SEND school in Moseley for a specialist Teaching Assistant.


The school is situated just outside of Birmingham city centre and caters for children aged 4 to 19 across three different sites with SEND including autism, MLD, SLD, PMLD and some SEMH needs.


  • Hold a relevant qualification
  • Have experience working with needs such as autism and complex needs
  • Be resilient and able to work in a challenging environment
  • Be able to work well as part of a team and take direction from the class teacher
  • Have effective and creative behaviour management
- be adaptable and have a 'can do' attitude

  • Be able to get to Moseley for 8.30am each day and be available for work until 3.30pm.
