SEND Behaviour Specialist - Balsall Heath

Are you an experienced Behaviour Specialist looking for a new challenge?

I am currently recruiting for a Special Educational Needs School in Balsall Heath that are looking to appoint some new Behaviour Specialists with experience in, Autism, ADHD and SEMH experience to join their team. The positions is to cover day to day and short and long term bookings. They are seeking people that are graduates, Level 3 qualified or have experience of working with SEN children.

The role may involve personal care so will require someone who has worked in that area before. As a SEN specialist you will be working alongside the class teacher and other support staff supporting pupils with everyday school life, however, there will be times that you will need to be supporting children on a one to one and small groups bases independently. You will be a source of support for pupils and will ensure they are motivated, happy and engaged.

The school caters for children with a wide range of needs including AUTISM,ADHD,SEMH Needs etc. The school caters for pupils aged 4-18.

One of our support staff placed at this school has said "working at this school is so rewarding. The staff are great, supportive and made sure I have been supported throughout my time here. There is ongoing support and CPD courses available that you can go on to get you better trained on new policies and procedures within the school that ultimately help better me at the job in hand".

I am really happy to be working with this school as they really care about their students and staff. It is a very large school and they have so many facilities for their pupils. There are many SEN support staff employed in the school and everyone there have a really good work ethic.

I am very keen to speak with specialist SEN Teaching Assistants, support staff, residential workers, youth workers etc with SEMH, Autism and behaviour experience who are perfect for this position. if you feel that this is you, please get in touch ASAP by clicking apply
