Our client are looking for a restoration technician to join their team based in Rugley or Skipton. They are market leaders in property damage restoration and will provide all the training and support needed for you to become a skilled Property Damage Restoration Technician. Main Duties;

  • Attending all new jobs allocated by dispatch and Area Managers to include all domestic and commercial locations
  • Carry out moisture surveys and drying techniques as required
  • Liaise with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policy holders
  • Maintain a visit log for monitoring of jobs and effective forward bookings
  • Ensure 'live time' inputting of reports in line with quality procedures, ensuring 'live jobs' are updated on a weekly basis

What you need;

  • Building or property maintenance experience or any practical or DIY experience - ideal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Have basic IT skills
  • Have a full clean UK driving licence – essential
