Removals Operative

**Job purpose**:
Common tasks include;
- Collecting furniture and or têxtiles from policy holder address and returning to factory for restoration and validation purposes.
- Experience working within the insurance industry is advantageous but not essential
- Experience in furniture removal is also advantageous no essential
- Driving Licence is essential

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- We are 100% insurance claim led business, operating on a national level on a daily basis.
- Working hours are on average 50 hours a week, role does require early starts and some late finishes.
- Adhere to and meet the Service Level Agreements.
- Monitor the Transport Calendar.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
- Prioritise work load.
- Maintain a flexible approach to meet the demands of the business.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A highly organised approach.
- Ensuring the health and safety of yourself and others at all times.
- Maintain good housekeeping systems.
- Stores order up to date for Technicians.
- Liaise and coordinate with other departments.

Ensure a professional excellent service to our customers at all times

To manage and move all jobs on time on a daily basis.

Highlight process issues to management at the earliest opportunity.

Ensure targets are met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
