Responsibilities include:
- Act as a first point of contact for IT issues and queries via a ticketing system
- You will be required to respond within agreed SLAs
- 1st line support troubleshooting IT related problems in relation to software, hardware, access rights and mobile working solutions
- Provide regular input from your troubleshooting experience to improve company procedures
- Take ownership of customer problems
Essential Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in a customer facing role
- IT qualification GCSE/equivalent or above
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, VPN, Firewall
- Basic understanding of Networking
- Ability to work in a proactive way in a fastpaced environment
- Strong accuracy and organisation skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Basic understanding of ITIL framework
- Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure
