Purpose of the role
As a Programme Manager at MHA you will play a leading role in the delivery of the MHA Major Change Portfolio and directly support the Head of Strategy, Change & Performance in developing the organisations capability in P3 Management across strategy and change.
You will act as a business partner on all things change and lead on business case development for major changes in the organisation.
You'll be adept at delivering complex projects and programmes, breaking down barriers for your team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.
