The National Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager for Visitor Experience to lead the delivery and evaluation of the annual programme at Calke Abbey. As a key member of the property leadership team, you will work closely with peers, colleagues, and volunteers to create a truly exceptional visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual programme that meets the needs of diverse audiences
  • Collaborate with the property leadership team to form masterplans for the property's future
  • Lead on and work with other people's agendas towards a common purpose
