Job Title:
Professional Mentor

Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oneonone mentoring to unemployed professionals
  • Develop and implement mentoring programs and activities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of mentoring programs
  • Network with employers and other professionals to identify job opportunities for mentees
  • Provide career counselling and advice to mentees
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations on career development topics
  • Stay uptodate on the latest trends in the whitecollar job market

Qualifications:

  • Educated to Degree level with IAG certification desirable
  • Experience in professional mentoring or career counselling
  • Strong understanding of the whitecollar job market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion
