Currently, our pizza vending solutions account for a significant portion of our revenue, with a consistent upward trend in sales. With thousands of food vending units deployed across various regions, we are actively broadening our market reach.

Due to a surge in inquiries, we are looking to enhance our sales initiatives. As such, we are in search of a Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for a seasoned and proactive Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives for cutting-edge food vending solutions aimed at high-traffic venues such as transportation hubs, educational institutions, public areas, and dining establishments.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate targeted markets, including transportation hubs, educational institutions, public spaces, and dining venues.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize potential clients and strategic partners through comprehensive market analysis, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers to promote the adoption of our pizza vending solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the unique advantages of our offerings.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead discussions with prospective clients, addressing concerns and successfully finalizing agreements that align with revenue objectives.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary liaison for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement and growth.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to bolster sales efforts and drive organizational growth.
  • Travel: Travel as necessary to engage with clients, attend industry events, and foster relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Initially operate independently, with the potential to transition into a leadership role overseeing a team of sales representatives.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (5 years of experience in sales and business development is advantageous).
  • Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles, ideally within the food service or vending sectors.
  • Experience in leadership roles with a background in team management.
  • Proficient in CRM systems.
  • Strong grasp of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, fostering trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proven ability to work autonomously and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support sales initiatives and strengthen client relationships.
