We are currently hiring an experienced office Assistant to support our clients legal practice in Blackburn. Our client is a thriving business doing very well and due to growth required someone with existing office experience.

Duties:

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Assist in data entry tasks and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, computerized systems, and other office software.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
