My client is a global manufacturing business based in Solihull and they have an exceptional opportunity for a passionate, hungry, and driven opportunity who is keen to commence a career within accounts.

With only limited experience of processing invoicesnecessary, this is an exciting opportunity for those looking for their next step within accounts, with a company that will support your progression by offering full study support You would initially be working within the Accounts Payable team, but as timegoes on and you become more confident in your duties, there will be an opportunity for you to expand your skillset and gain more exposure within the accounts team.


You will report to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, and be responsible for processing supplier invoices, working daily on MS Excel, dealing with queries and performing supplier statement reconciliation.

This role would also suit someone who has an administrativebackground who is looking for a more accounts-focused role.

Ideally you will:

  • Have some experience of processing purchase invoices
  • Have an excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Be a confident communicator, with an ability to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Be a car driver due to location
