  • Appropriately plan, manage, and deploy all resources in the most costeffective manner for the business.
  • Recruiting and overseeing the training of staff; ensuring teams and individuals are competent and effective.
  • Optimising all resources (machinery, equipment, people and materials) to maximise efficiencies.
  • Ensuring quality KPIs are met, identify and drive through improvements where needed.
  • Ensuring all machinery and equipment is properly maintained.
  • Ensuring safe working practices.
  • Controlling and managing stock levels to enable an effective 'Just in Time' process.
  • Ensuring key performance indicators are in place.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the fleet to reduce vehicle downtime.

  • Giving full support to the QC and H&S representatives, as well as your supervisors.
  • Lead by example having a positive leadership and attitude approach.
  • Ensure your teams work effectively and cohesively.
  • Provide data and reports as required, in a clear, concise, and agreed format.
