Job Summary:
Fusion Talent is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis. As a Project Manager, you will play a lead role in bringing new and developed products to international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge the gap between Product Owners and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of various projects focused on New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product Management, and Manufacturing, to drive product development and launch.
- Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven background in Project Management, with experience in New Product Development and/or Product Introduction.
- Industry experience in the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Fast Manufacturing Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
