The Role


We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Aftersales Manager specializing in transmission systems at Wright Engineering. Your main focus will be to drive sales of aftermarket and equipment ranges through identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in negotiating technical and commercial aspects of proposals, securing sales, and building a strong customer base. Your analytical skills will be crucial in providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and identify sales opportunities for power transmission systems
  • Negotiate technical and commercial aspects of proposals
  • Build a strong prospect pipeline to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Drive profitable activities through effective sales strategies


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales of power transmission systems and components
  • Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, couplings, and bearings
  • Ability to provide innovative solutions to customers
  • Driven, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset
