Retail Stock Team Leader, you will be committed to making our warehouse run like a well-oiled machine. This means ensuring our team works efficiently, always being responsive to any issues that may arise. Are you able to support, nurture, and motivate our workforce, keeping a sharp focus on our goals? Do you have what it takes to join us and guide our dynamic team?
A day in the life of an Retail Stock Team Leader will involve:
- Directing a team to achieve performance goals and maximise income.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual and quality standards.
- Checking KPIs for continuous progress.
- Managing stock allotment, adhering to safety and compliance constraints.
- Promoting a customer focused culture to boost income.
- Providing team leadership and support in line with organisational values.
To be a successful Retail Stock Team Leader, you'll need:
- Proven numeracy skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in maintaining and observing working practices and procedures at a supervisory level in a warehouse or retail setting.
- Aptitude to work alone, plan, and manage time effectively.
- Proven expertise in stock management, quality control, and efficient procedures, along with coordination of storage and logistics.
