Warehouse and Stock Control Associate

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse and Stock Control Associate to join our team at H2eCommerce, a leading provider of printer consumables and office supplies. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Goods In department.
This is a dynamic and varied role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for receiving and checking in all deliveries, transferring stock to the correct warehouse, and dispatching customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
As a Warehouse and Stock Control Associate, you will work closely with our buying team to ensure that all stock is accurately recorded and that any discrepancies are promptly addressed. You will also be responsible for maintaining stock rotation and participating in stock checks with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and check in all deliveries, including checking off and recording incoming stock
- Transfer stock to the correct warehouse, taking care not to damage products or packaging
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain stock rotation and participate in stock checks with the wider team
- Work closely with the buying team to ensure accurate stock recording and address any discrepancies
- Recent experience in a warehouse or similar environment, such as a supermarket or a large retail store e-commerce distribution centre
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude
- Basic computer skills, including inputting information and sending emails
