ABOUT THE ROLE.


We are looking for a People & Culture Partner to join Team MERABI, who will be responsible for leading our People Agenda, focusing on acquisition, retention, culture, wellbeing, and best practice.

You will partner with our Leadership Team, and act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and coaching, whilst challenging decisions to ultimately improve our people and organisational performance.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES.

Compliance & Best Practice.

  • Own and manage all daytoday ER case work, including disciplinary, performance improvement, grievance, and absence management.
  • Ensure all Nadine Merabi policies and procedures are up to date with relevant legislation.
  • Work with the Senior Leadership Team to streamline relevant processes and procedures to maximise efficiency.
  • Manage the internal HR / Recruitment Platforms accordingly (HiBob and Team Tailor).
  • Develop, review and update policies, procedures and processes as agreed with the Executive Team.
  • Work with our Finance Department to manage payroll spend, with a focus on minimising agency expenditure within our Operational functions.
  • Enable best practice surrounding Equality and Diversity is considered and reflected across all business operations.

Acquisition & Retention.

  • Work with the Senior Leadership to highlight talent opportunities, building job specifications and organisation structures.
  • Support with building a diverse, sustainable talent pipeline, ensuring retention of critical talent and internal progression.
  • Manage NADINE MERABI's headcount in line with growth plans, ensuring we have the right people in the right place, at the right time.
  • Identify training requirements and incorporate them into training plans across the business.

Culture & Wellbeing.

  • Support our Senior Leadership in deploying clear KPI's and outcomes.
  • Continuously review and implement benefit, reward and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate all charity and community activity.
  • Create and implement an onboarding programme to engage, inform and embed new starters to Team MERABI.
  • Analyse people data (through the likes of Engagement Surveys) to influence people initiatives and solutions.
  • Be a champion of our business culture and standards at all times.
**ABOUT YOU.

  • Demonstrable industry & HR expertise, with proven success in generalist, partnering roles in fast paced environments.
  • Experience of endtoend recruitment, including advertising, interviewing and selection.
  • A sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships to collaborate, persuade and influence at all levels.
  • Able to shape & lead initiatives/change projects.
  • Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change.
  • Assertive, resilient, and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks.
