We are currently seeking a new team member to join our customer service team.

This is a permanent role and the role holder will join our team to provide support to new and existing customers from processing orders to aftersales queries and support.


  • Good telephone and computer skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure, plan ahead and prioritise work
  • Should be able to achieve high levels of accuracy when processing work
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
Your main duties will include answering calls, dealing with customer complaints & enquiries and processing sales / aftersales orders.


We are looking for a team player with good communication and organisational skills, who can provide high quality standards of service to our customers.


Hourly rate:
£10.82 per hour (reviewed in April 2024)
