With the amazing news that one of our marketing team will be welcoming her own beautiful baby into the world, we are looking to recruit a SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER on a 12 month fixed to contract.
The role of SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER (12mth FTC)
• This is an exhilarating, commercially focused Senior Product / Category Marketing Manager opportunity. Reporting into our Marketing Director, and leading a small product marketing team of 3, you will own the commercial marketing strategy across our key product categories (from new products launches, to evergreens).
• Through qualitative and quantitative data gathering, analysis and customer insights, knowing our customers better than anyone else, you will shape the product go-to-market strategy. As the custodian of that go-to-market plan and insight, you will drive category and product awareness.
• Working in partnership with our other cross functional marketing and channel teams (eg across Social, Stores, Digital, UK Wholesale and International Wholesale marketing teams), plus working closely with the Product Designers & Developers. Delivering campaigns, launches and evergreen content strategies that delivers against commercial profit, revenue and market share targets, establishing Mamas & Papas as the true brand of choice for this incredible global community of new, expectant and hopeful parents.
Although this is a 12 month fixed term contract, we do not want someone to simply hold the hand of Product Marketing, we are contunally moving forward in what we do and how we do it so seeking someone who can take the role and team to that next level, bringing ideas and inspiration over this contractual time. Adding to this, this is genuinely a role where you can really make a difference to not only Mamas & Papas, but to so many parents, putting smiles on faces, that you can look back on and feel proud for the chapter you played in making this happen.
