Job Description:

We are recruiting a Spares Order Administrator to work for a manufacturing company based in Kingswinford.

The objective of the role is too efficiently process orders for spare parts and warranty returns from the UK customer base, to ensure the company sustain competitive advantage.

You will be working with the UK management team to ensure the UK strategy and business goals are achieved.

The main duties will be:

  • Advise manager of any critical stock out situations for any parts on order.
  • Advise customers of delivery lead times for parts ordered.
  • Processing all customer orders and warranty credits, ensuring all relevant paperwork is raised correctly.
  • Attend regular reviews with the Logistics Manager to identify training requirements as well as setting "smart objectives" and planning personal development.
  • Processing of orders for spares items through to invoice and delivery.
  • Answer general queries on spares orders, pricing and availability.
  • Maintain good customer relationships to ensure spares orders are met efficiently.
  • Preparation of reports on daily orders received and outstanding spares orders.
  • Confirmation of Courier delivery to customers and providing POD's where requiredThe successful person will have the following skills:
  • Ability to communicate with Internal Departments
  • Ability to communicate with customers over the phone.
  • Contribute within logistics organisation
  • Previous experience dealing with parts would be an advantageIn return the company will provide full support and training and a competitive salary
