  • Coordination and distribution of appropriate resources relating to the mental health clinical training project
  • Coordinate and provide training initiatives in line with specific service requirements and objectives
  • Supporting and promoting new clinical training projects as directed by the transformation team, Mental Health service leads, and Clinical Training Facilitator
  • Working as part of the Mental Health Transformation providing support, demonstrations and information relating to clinical training services needs
  • The coordination and delivery of a range of training initiatives, managing all aspects of relevant systems
  • To collect, collate and analyse relevant data producing reports in a variety of styles & formats


MPFT provides physical and mental health care, learning disability, and adult social care services across Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Shropshire, and Telford & Wrekin.

In addition, we provide services on a wider regional and national basis. We serve a population of 1.5 million and employ around 8,500 members of staff.
