We are now looking for Head of Access, Participation and Student Success.

It is a new post that will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation and delivery of the LJMU Access and Participation Plan.

You will work across University that is committed to addressing the disadvantage faced by some of our students.

You will lead and contribute to a positive culture of diversity, inclusion and success through the development of strategies, policies and interventions that will help embed and enhance access, student success and progression where gaps have been identified.


To fill this important position, we are looking for a committed, experienced and strategic operator who can work across the University, using their influence, insight and skills to support academic teams and professional services in the development and delivery of its Access and Participation Plan.

The anticipated interview date for this post is Monday 25th March 2024.
