Job Overview:


As a Customer Liaison Associate (Night Time), you will work under the guidance of the Customer Liaison Manager, ensuring that all our residents receive the best possible service and an unforgettable journey experience.

You will play a critical role in providing professional reception services and serving as the vital link between various stakeholders, including residents, contractors, clients, and team members.

This role is exceptionally diverse, involving support for all areas of our operation.

Salary:
£32,250
This is an on-site role working on a shift pattern basis. Mainly 4 On - 4 Off but may vary.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with new and existing residents, and guests, while supporting inhouse operations teams to ensure the smooth functioning of our business.
  • Manage queries, incidents, or complaints, collaborating with residents and departments to resolve any challenges.
  • Extend a warm welcome to all stakeholders visiting Dolphin Square and uphold the highest standards of customer service.
  • Duties include but are not limited to: apartment inspections, greeting and inducting new tenants, reserving accommodations for VIP clients, facilitating viewings and showrounds outside business hours, and providing assistance in departments during peak or busy periods.
  • Act as a contact point for residents, addressing daytoday operational queries and complaints in the absence of a departmental manager.
  • Coordinate between tenants and the facilities team when necessary.
  • Support the events team with conferencing, including meeting and greeting, and acting as a point of liaison.
  • Liaise with new tenants and residents to guide them through processes and address complaints, assisting in reaching satisfactory resolutions.
  • Conduct estatewide walkarounds to ensure the property's safety, cleanliness, and tidiness, and coordinate with departments to resolve any issues.
  • In the event of a major emergency, support the Duty Incident Officer and ensure company emergency procedures are followed.

Must-Haves:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a professional demeanour.
  • Effective planning and problemsolving abilities.
  • A track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong problemsolving and lateral thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Previous experience within the hospitality, serviced apartments, or BTR (Build to Rent) sector would be desirable.
