The Role

  • Delivering a uniquely personalised service by listening to their needs, resolving first time, and ensuring the right outcome for the client and HL.
  • Able to identify and support vulnerable clients.
  • Working collaboratively with other teams within the business and external companies.
  • Supports the team's risk and control activities to ensure good client outcomes and risk management culture.

Essential

  • Experience working in customer service or administration, this may be in previous phone based roles but could also be in hospitality or retail.
  • Proven ability to work to a high accuracy and service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
  • Proactive and driven, taking ownership.
  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A strong desire to learn.
  • English and Maths GCSE grades C / 4 or above (or equivalent qualifications/experience)

Desirable

  • Experience working within financial services.
  • Experience working within pensions, estates or transfers.
  • A proven ability at working in a call centre environment.
  • Experience of dealing with internal or external clients.

Terms

  • Salary: up to £25k FTE* (Dependent on Experience)
  • Minimum 16 hours per week. Ideally these will be worked between the hours of 10am2pm as these are the busiest times of the day, however, they are open to other working patterns (starting slightly earlier or finishing later). These may be worked across 5 days, or fewer, per week.
  • Location: hybrid working either from the Bristol city centre offices or remotely from home.
  • There will be a requirement to spend more time in office in the first 2 weeks for training.
