ABOUT THE ROLE
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all painting and decorating tasks are carried out efficiently
- To ensure high standards are maintained in all individual Residences in a timely manner
- Assisting in all areas of the property interior and exterior and assist the team as and when required
- The Painter & Decorator should be skilled in a broad variety of household jobs
- Assisting the engineering team, in all major projects and tasks to maintain a fivestar standard for all front and back of house areas.
- We would like someone who is keen to learn from our Engineering team tasks relating to routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks
- Experience in the following areas are desirable but not required formwork, carpentry and electrical work
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role in a hotel or residential building.
- Proven experience at managing changing priorities.
- Ability to read and follow building plans and drawings.
- Ability to work at height and in confined spaces.
- Ability to spend the working day on feet, work on ladders, lift and carry heavy objects.
