Join our client, a leading global Beauty business currently experiencing significant growth. They are in need of a Senior Account Manager to join their UK team.
About the role
As the Senior Account Manager, you will directly report to the UK Sales Director, focusing on Grocery and discount retail accounts. Your main tasks will involve promoting the company's brand and being the primary contact for your assigned accounts. This role will also involve travel to meet and collaborate with customers on JBP negotiations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and drive growth for assigned accounts
- Manage sales budget effectively
- Lead the sales cycle from introduction to product delivery
- Present sales pitches to decision-makers
- Negotiate business plans with accounts
- Act as the company's representative for your accounts
- Stay updated on competitors' activities
Ideal Candidate profile
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager with experience in private label businesses and managing Grocery/ discount accounts. The ideal candidate should be confident working with diverse teams, adaptable to change, and adept at building and nurturing professional relationships. Innovation, profitability, and creativity should be at the core of their business solutions.
Additional requirements
- Previous experience with Private Label consumer goods a plus
- Track record of driving account growth
- Excellent at relationship-building
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Power Point, Google Suite & Excel
