The Production Administrator Role
This is a key role for the Westbury site and will be a multi-skilled role requiring flexibility and good organizational skills to keep the daily operations of the company running smoothly.
Production Administrator Key DutiesKey Responsibilities shall include:
General office administration (incl. invoicing, filing, and record keeping)
Holiday cover (office)
Dealing with internal queries effectively and efficiently
Manage administration and support compliance of all certifications and production initiatives (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, Timcon, Internal Audits, FSC, 5s, FOD and PPM)
Support booking in of works orders
Packing area administration support
Printing MOs & WIP Management
Factory Prep (Work-to sheets, drawings etc.)
CRM Maintenance of structures (E7)
Maintain staff training files and risk assessments. Wages and holidays.
Payroll and holiday input, working closely with Zeus to input holiday bookings or to extract data from timesheets to cross reference against overtime rates.
Do you have the correct profile?Previous experience within a production environment would be advantageous
