The vacancy
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Officer Supported Living.


You will be integral in providing effective operational leadership, management and direction to front line staff, ensuring that all interventions and services provided are person centred, high quality and optimise human, financial and other resources effectively and efficiently.


You will be the operational lead for the development and implementation of the Housing Related Support Offer providing advice and guidance on the range of housing support options including sign posting to other services that may also be able to aid in meeting support needs.

The job

You will have operational responsibility for the integrated targeted rehabilitation and recovery provision for adults of working age within North Lincolnshire, including management oversight and responsibility for the support provided in temporary and supported accommodation settings.


As Lead Officer - Supported Living you will support the implementation of Community First Approach, so that North Lincolnshire is a place where adults with care and support needs have the life opportunities to enable them to live fulfilling lives and have choice and control over how their care needs are met, enabling them to live and age well.
