Your new company

Hays are working with a rapidly growing business in Telford who are looking for a Marketing Administrator on a permanent basis.


Your new role

As a Marketing Administrator your role will involve:

  • Improving product search performance and sales through analysis
  • Exploring third party marketplace features and improving account health
  • Monitoring promotions and advertising on third party sales channels
  • Maintaining accurate imagery, copy and stock levels
  • Creating new product listings that reflect the brand, e.g., tone of voice, etc.
  • Creating sales orders for promotional stock, e.g., exhibitions, networking, photoshoots.
  • Researching potential brand collaborations
  • Attending industry events
  • Supporting other marketing projects

What you'll need to succeed

  • High professional standards
  • Excellent written communications skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Positive "can do attitude"
  • Team player who can also work on own initiative when needed
You will have the following (essential);

  • Seller experience in at least one of the following B2C marketplace's: Amazon, FBA, Etsy, Faire or Ebay
  • Knowledge and experience in the advertising marketplace
  • Strong and demonstrable English language skills
  • Good knowledge of all MS Office packages
You might also have the following (desirable);

  • Business, Marketing or similar degree
  • Experience of both B2C and B2B channels
  • Experience in a business development role
