Client Account Assistant

Main duties of the role of Client Account Assistant:
- Dealing with Client Account queries, delivering prompt and excellent service to all clients and customers
- Purchase ledger processing
- Debt and rent arrears chasing
- Rent reviews, liaising with landlords and tenants
- To comply with all relevant legislation, serving legal notices where relevant
- Support with day to day organisation of client information, such as filing and archiving
- Uploading relevant information on our CRM system, keeping all information up to date and accurate
You must be flexible with your approach to work, supporting wherever necessary for the smooth running of the lettings department.
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills
- Be resilient, positive and have excellent attention to detail
- Be confident in the use of IT systems
- Are comfortable working within a small team and in a fastpaced environment
- Experience of bookkeeping/purchase ledger required
The hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday , with a 60 minute break each working day.
