Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain servicespecific digital systems, including CRM, Parks Maintenance System, Tree Management software, Asset Management Applications, SharePoint, and other relevant platforms.
- Supervise data within these systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide technical advice and support to management and endusers on the proper usage of digital systems, including troubleshooting and training as needed.
- Lead the onboarding process and oversee the implementation/rollout of new IT hardware and software solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Undertake ongoing IT development work to develop solutions that proactively address changing customer needs and service requirements.
- Assist in the specification and procurement of IT hardware and software solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and budgetary constraints.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or part qualified professional or equivalent skills and experience
- Systems Administrator Professional Certification e.g. MCSA or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in systems administration or a related role, preferably within a serviceoriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering tangible results.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
