I'm looking to speak with Senior Paralegals and Contract Managers who are immediately available and have a Media Business and Legal Affairs background related to Brand Management and Consumer Products.

I am particularly keen to speak to those with a strong working understanding of IP (licensing agreements, NDAs, joint development agreements etc) and Commercial Law.

  • Drafting International IP Licences and commercial agreements
  • Presenting to global teams on various commercial issues.
  • Registration of trademarks

In-house background within marketing, advertising, and publishing would be desirable.

This is a temporary role with the potential to go FTC or permanent.
