After completing the National Teaching Assistant Program (NTAP), you will be able to work in a primary school in Weston-Super-Mare.


About the role:

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Receive a free package of approved training
  • Attend an Introduction to Schools TEAMS lesson
  • Complete Safeguarding, Child Protection, behaviour management and SEND training
  • Complete a 5 days PAID placement, Monday to Friday, in a school
  • Be a motivated, energetic, organised and dedicated person
  • Be able to build positive working relationships quickly
