Accounts Receivable Assistant Duties:

  • Collate and process invoice requests
  • Receive and allocate payments against invoices
  • Follow debt collection procedures
  • Ensuring debtors reconciliation is carried out on a monthly basis
  • Arrange and coordinate enrolment
  • Agree and process instalment plans
  • Assisting the finance department in automating procedures
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors
