Marketing Executive

An internal move has created a great opportunity to get involved in professional services marketing here at McBrides.

About you:

- have solid marketing experience and want to work locally or you have taken some time out and are itching to get back into marketing.
- have experience in running events and/or webinars and podcasts and know exactly how to promote them to drive engagement and attendance.
- are confident speaking to accountants, tax advisers, clients and suppliers and stepping in for the marketing manager when away from the office.
- are brimming with ideas to help create an exciting and engaging marketing strategy and plan for the year ahead.

You'll have:

  • At least three years' marketing experience ideally using digital marketing techniques across a range of mediums.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • An energetic, enthusiastic and resultsdriven approach to work.
  • Good IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Campaign Monitor (or equivalent).
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and be able to effectively prioritise workload
  • An understanding of working in a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems for website and intranet.

Additionally:

  • You naturally want to keep up to date with changes and advances in social media advising on new channels and approaches to adopt
  • You're naturally inquisitive and can spot a potential theme or idea to explore for marketing opportunities

Desirable:

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • CIM qualification or marketing/comms related degree
