As part of the H&H Group, H&H Insurance Brokers is Cumbria's leading independent insurance broker, specialising in agricultural and commercial insurance and with a client base throughout Cumbria, South-west Scotland, North Wales and the North-East of England.
Ideally based in our Carlisle office, the role will include:
- Processing and resolving agricultural and commercial claims, ensuring timely settlements.
- Liaising closely with insurers, loss adjusters and other relevant parties while acting as an agent of the client during claims.
- Maintaining accurate claims records and provide insights through monthly management information updates, supporting informed leadership decisions and operational improvements.
- Leading efforts to refine internal and external claims procedures, promoting innovations to the leadership team that align with our company purpose.
- Taking ownership of the learning and development of the claims team.
- Maintaining uptodate knowledge of compliance standards and regulations, ensuring the team's operations are in strict alignment with industry requirements.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with our clients, including providing first line contact facetoface or telephone support.
- Ensuring the client is treated fairly and that the client receives excellent service.
