The Role:


As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing key accounts within our client's brand.

Your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their specific needs, and providing exceptional service.

You will be the main point of contact, addressing any concerns and collaborating with internal teams to exceed account goals.

Tasks:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed objectives.
Review account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for growth.

Prepare and present regular reports on account status.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM software and account management systems.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
